Bacteriostatic agent is not preservatives but it can inhibit microorganism from growing, including seasonings, such as anhydrous sodium acetate, aminoacetic acid, sodium lactate, anhydrous citric acid, lactic acid and gluconolactone; quality improvement agents, such as EDTA-2Na; emulsifiers, such as sucrose fatty acid ester; enzyme such as lysozyme and food materials such as alcohol. Bacteriostatic agent can be used in noodles in which we are not allowed to use preservatives or food which be claimed that there is no preservatives.
